A Love Like This | Celebration of Life Session

Some sessions stay with you long after you pack up your camera and drive home. This was one of them.

A few years ago, I had the privilege of meeting this sweet boy and the family who loved him with everything they had. When they called me back recently, this time to capture something much harder, and I didn't hesitate. These are the sessions I hold most gently.

I offer Celebration of Life sessions complimentary, based on availability, because I believe that love like this deserves to be documented. Every gray muzzle. Every soft ear. Every moment of a hand resting on a warm back. These are the things families will reach for in the quiet days ahead, and I am honored to be the one who gets to preserve them.

This sweet boy made sure I knew he appreciated the visit, he gave me a few kisses during our time together, and honestly, I needed them just as much as he wanted to give them.

To his family: thank you for trusting me with something so sacred. May his memory wrap around you like the warmest hug on your hardest days. He was so loved, and it showed in every single frame.
